The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation Scholarships will be awarded conditionally by the scholarship panel and successful candidates will be notified by January 2026. The scholarship will then be formally awarded in March 2026. Kindly note that candidates for the RTEF scholarships are considered based on their academic achievements, financial needs, leadership qualities and potential to give back to their community.
Successful applicants will be contacted via email and will be asked to accept the scholarship by a given deadline. If the applicant fails to accept the award by the given date, the award will be revoked and awarded to another applicant.
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria at the time of allocation will be considered for the scholarship award using the information provided at the time of their application only and would not be considered should their circumstances change during the course of their studies. It is also important to note that scholarship awards cannot be backdated.
Finally, scholarship awards are decided by the Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation Panel, and all decisions are final and due to the large number of applications received per year by the foundation, the foundation is unable to provide individual feedback to applicants about their application.
