New Scholarship Initiative
Full 3-Year Commitment, School by School
Through cohort partnerships with two secondary schools in Kwara State, we sponsor twenty students through their entire SS1 to SS3 journey — fees, learning materials, examinations, and mentorship, all included.
About This Initiative
Education Secured for the Full Three Years
This scholarship direction extends our support beyond individual applicants to entire school communities. Twenty students are sponsored throughout their SS1 to SS3, giving them the stability of knowing their education is secured for the full duration of senior secondary school — not just a single term or session.
When financial uncertainty is removed, students can focus on what matters most – learning, growing, and preparing for their future. Our three-year commitment gives them the stability to do exactly that.
A Complete Senior Secondary Education
What the Sponsorship Covers
Tuition & Levies
Full tuition and all compulsory levies for SS1 through SS3, paid termly and directly to the school.
WASSCE Registration
Full WAEC registration and examination fees covered in the SS3 year.
Mentorship & Pastoral Care
A named mentor for each student, cohort sessions, and guidance through the transition after WASSCE.
Books & Stationery
Prescribed textbooks, exercise books, and stationery throughout the three-year programme.
Living Allowance
A discreet stipend covering meals, transport, and other everyday essentials.
Uniform & Sportswear
Initial uniform set at SS1, with a replacement allowance provided in SS2 and SS3.

Criterion One
Indigency
Documented economic disadvantage, with family circumstances verified through RTEF’s own due diligence process.
Criterion Two
Academic Excellence
Strong, demonstrated ability supported by school records, a written entry assessment, and a structured interview.
